In addition to Knowledge Base Support (which is always free), customers are entitled to a certain amount of complementary support with the initial purchase of their MX-Contact software.

Qualifying Situations/Validity
New customers installing MX-Contact for the first time on one machine only. (This includes the MX-Contact Client installation only.)
Pre-sales evaluation calls with regards to features or functionality of the product
Valid for 30 days following product registration.
Valid for 5 incidents or one hour of technical support (whichever expires first)
Covers installation of product and being able to open local sample data (in either an Outlook Data File or Public Folders) without error.
Does not cover fixing of errors due to local computer configurations, training or consultation on usage of features, or synchronizing with PDAs
Does not include the installation of MX-Sync.
